Fatherhood Week 2008
"
...A Proclamation for the State-wide observance of
"Fatherhood Week" was enacted (for the EIGHTH year in a
row) by the Office of Governor Doyle of the State of Wisconsin in June
of 2008. The
idea for that observance was first originated by, written by, and proposed
to (then) Governor McCallum in 2001 - by Wisconsin resident, Robert C.
Kuhmann of Walworth County... a devoted advocate whose work favors the
Rights of children, parents, and Grandparents -- everywhere."
