All of these files were converted from "live-play" piano-rolls.  As such, what you hear, 
are the literal dynamics of the orignal performance of Sergei Rachmaninov himself (the 
"human" quality is thus, reproduced to the linits of the recording devices of his day).
The user can raise or lower the playback volume, to suit one's tastes and the ambiance 
of your music-room.

The MIDI files were "sourced" from MIDI collections all over the world.  Thank you to 
all whose labors preceeded my own... as performers, as MIDI sequencers, webmasters, and 
of course -- the composers themselves (long departed from this world of mere mortal men).
